ST DIGITAL, a pan-African leader in IT services, organised a workshop in Lomé aimed at banks, micro-finance institutions, and meso-finance institutions, to raise their awareness of modern digital solutions tailored to their sector.
The workshop, which focused on the theme "The Digitalisation of Banks and Financial Sector Businesses", addressed essential topics such as optimising the customer experience, process automation, and the integration of modern technological tools. Jean-Paul Pereira, technical sales representative at ST Digital, emphasised the importance of collaboration between financial institutions to address common challenges related to digital transformation.
The objective is to support each business in achieving its specific goals.
Joel NLEPE, Director of Digital Transformation at ST Digital, also highlighted the challenges that banks face in this digital era.
He explained that digital transformation requires adequate training, organisational restructuring and the adoption of advanced technological tools, such as artificial intelligence and digital banking models.
Workshop participants expressed their satisfaction with the knowledge acquired and became aware of the importance of adapting to a constantly evolving technological environment.

This workshop is part of a series of events organised by ST Digital across several African countries, such as Cameroun and Gabon.
