Security Incident Response Centre

The ST DIGITAL CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) is the operational team responsible for responding to IT security incidents as well as preventing risks related to Cybersecurity. Its primary role is to ensure the effective and coordinated management of security incidents, minimising the impact on the organisation's systems, data and operations.

 

Mission:

The Computer Security Incident Response Team is responsible for coordinating the necessary actions in response to incidents.

 

Our focus areas:

Incident detection: Monitor networks, systems and applications to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.

Incident assessment: Evaluate the severity and impact of security incidents to determine the best course of action.

Emergency Response: Reacting swiftly to contain security incidents, limit damage and restore affected services.

 Forensic analysis : Conduct in-depth investigations into security incidents to understand their origin, scope and consequences, by collecting and analysing                digital evidence.

 Coordinated response : Collaborate with other internal and external teams, including law enforcement, service providers and partners, to share information and                      coordinate incident response efforts.

 Prevention and mitigation : Identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in systems and processes, and recommend preventive and corrective measures to strengthen the organisation's overall                    security. 


Scope: 

The team handles all incidents involving or impacting assets related to the internal infrastructure of ST DIGITAL.
