CESIA - CLUB OF INFORMATION SECURITY EXPERTS IN AFRICA is the 1st African network of digital security and cybersecurity professionals. In order to better understand the state of the art and the perception of cybersecurity as well as its challenges within companies in Africa, it publishes the Africa Cybersecurity Barometer 2022. It has more than 170 members present in 18 countries across Africa.

Every year, the CESIA publishes a CYBERSECURITY BAROMETER IN AFRICA, a tool that is generating increasing interest. It is a qualitative study conducted directly with decision-makers and digital security professionals (CIOs, CISOs, ISMs, ISSOs, IRs, SOC/CERT Managers, etc.) within companies in Africa. It provides an account of the state of cybersecurity on the continent during the past year. It also enables assessment of the maturity level of companies and identification of cybersecurity needs for professionals in the sector.
